Beda’a opens its first flagship boutique at Mandarin Oriental, Doha

Independent watch brand Beda’a opened its first flagship boutique on 26 August 2026. The permanent store is located at Mandarin Oriental in central Doha and brings the company’s collections together at one address. It is Beda’a’s first dedicated retail location and is due to be followed by a London boutique later in 2026.

The opening was accompanied by two watches created exclusively for the brand’s boutiques. The Angles 37 Boutique Edition and Angles Mecaline Boutique Edition share a vertically brushed silver dial, black Breguet style numerals, gold coloured hands and a dark blue strap. Their colour combination takes its cue from the interior of the new Doha store.

Angles 37 uses a Ronda 1062.1 Slimtech quartz movement. Its steel case measures 37 by 34 millimetres and is 5.3 millimetres thick. The Angles Mecaline instead contains a manually wound ETA 7001 movement with a stated power reserve of 42 hours. Its case retains the 37 by 34 millimetre dimensions with a thickness of 6 millimetres.

Both versions are rated to 3 bar for water resistance. Angles 37 is priced at 3,100 Qatari riyals, approximately CZK 17,600. The mechanical Angles Mecaline costs 5,800 riyals, approximately CZK 32,900. The current brand catalogue also lists these prices, although the availability of individual pieces can change.

The boutique combines black metal frames, illuminated display cases and grey and cream finishes. Separate glazed columns allow watches to be shown in smaller groups. Low chairs and tables in the centre support individual presentations, while screens on the walls display close views of movements and dial details.

For Beda’a, the opening represents a move from selling individual collections to operating a permanent space of its own. Doha is the city from which the brand’s story began, which explains the choice for its first flagship. The announced London address is intended to extend that physical presence beyond Qatar later in the year.

Mandarin Oriental is located in Msheireb Downtown Doha, in the central part of the city. The two new editions have been assigned to Beda’a boutiques since 26 August and are also expected to be sold in London after that location opens. Customers hoping to examine a particular model should confirm current stock before visiting.
